Nute advice for flowering. "Natures Wonder"

I haven't watered my plant yet since the soil was so wet when I transplanted it, its been about 3 days and I just woke her up. Her leaves are up and its not wilting which means that it may not be thirsty just yet. But I want to use this nute that my buddy gave me from that farm he used to work at. I used to use it on my other plants back where I used to live, its called Natures Wonder. I have no idea what it is but on the bottle it says "APEX-10 100% Organically Certified. MAGIC formula for everything that GROWS!". This is what it claims to do; "Increases plant nutrition up-talk, accelerates vigorous plant growth, promotes fertilizer efficiency, and builds healthy organic soils" (which is what im using, all organic Vigoro organic garden soil). Now I never put another type of nute in the soil, just that stuff when it was younger. Like a few drops of it in a half gallon bottle. Im a complete "noob" when it comes to nutes lol I guss let me know if this is a good one to use or not. Looks like good stuff, wouldn't call it nutrients though, it helps breed microbes which break down matter into usable nutrients

Oh ok, well that's god to know. Yeah im completely clueless when people talk about nutes lol when there like "yeah just use 20-10-10" or "10-20-30" im like "uhhh wtf does that mean? lol I feel stupid because I feel like nutes are what every grower SHOULD know. I never added nutes in my plants before, just THIS particular one lol.
