Nute Burn Wk5 Flower???

Whats up ppl!? So Im in mid week 5 of Flower and I have discovered I am starting to get some burn, and my ladies are stressed because of it. Fan leaves are curled down instead of perked out and up towards my light. I have not feed them this week just plain ph'd water. I only feed them once a week all the way up until week 2 of Flower and then I started feeding twice I am using FFOF, FF Soil trio, and 3 gallon smart pots. My plan is to continue watering for 1-2 wks and then give them a final Epsom Salt feeding and just let them ride out to the end or continue with the FF feeding schedule on once a week, until flush time. What are your thoughts on this. Thanks

Or just run 5 times the amount of my smart pots? That would be 15 gal x 2 = 30 gal. Then start nutes again. I only have 4 wks of flower left, so whatever Im going to do will only be for 3wks then start flushing normally.

Lol why are you flushing? You're just going to burn the shit out of your plants doing that.

Think about it. Your in soil that has little pellets of nutrients. When you "flush" all you are doing is feeding it more and more.

Quit with the flushing and you'll find things alot easier. I don't even use added nutes when growing in soil

I have not flushed yet, Im trying to figure out what I am going to do. I have only put 2 gals of water through each plant this week. Last time I added nutes was last week. I dont consider 2 gals of water per plant to be a flush, just watering without nutes....lol anyways. So back to my question. Should I just water till the end without adding any more nutes or completely flush 5 times my 3 gal pots and continue nutes for 2-3 wks?

Hey bro, don't think you got what I meant. Just keep watering with plain water and don't flush at all.

2 gallon sounds like alot. How big are your pots

3 Gal Smart Pots

My watering schedule is 2-3 times a week 1 Gal per plant, for a total of 3 Gals a week per plant.

My thought is I could be over watering also, I have a soil moisture tester and usually on my scheduled watering days the meter reads right @ dry/moist....so I dont think I am, but idk.

I've never used a soil meter, I just know by lifting the pots if they are dry. 1 gallon is probably a little too much. How much run off do you get. Ideally you shouldn't have much run off at all. I know there's loads of people that say you need like 10-20% run off, but that's all bullshit.

What's basically happened is that because you have over watered, the soil has releases heaps of nutes.

In soil the less is more approach is the way to go. Only ever add nutrients if there is actually a deficiency.

:)

I have not measured my run off. I will next watering though. I pour the whole gal in and just let it drain out until water stops dripping.
