I would flush with ph h20 snd not give her anymore nutes til she has some growth under her belt. at least couple weeks. Its probably stressing right now. It just needs plain water at this stage. happy growing bud

Not nute burn
This is what nutrient burn looks like, like it has burnt edges or spots. Yellowing is a sign of nutrient deficiency. Get yourself a basic book or chart that will show you what bad nutrient conditions look like.

Agreed I would flush the soil also.
Its a bit young to be feeding very much to begin with.
Not sure what soil your using, but I use roots and rarely need to feed the plants before I go into flower.
Mine veg for a month and roots organic soil seams to hold its own till I go into flower.

i thought it was early stages of nute burn, they were fine before i gave them nutes and i gace them nutes and then they started to go yellow at the edges.

it cant not be nute burn, i could have probably left them 3 weeks without giving them nute and they would not have turnmed yellow.

When she starts looking healthier, or completely healthy rather. Or basically when you start to see good healthy new growth
