Nute def? Heat/light stress? Both? Help!

I've poured over threads and pictures and this guide here, and i'm just not sure what's going on.

Setup:
960W HPS (600 + 360 added 1 week ago)
subs super soil bottom 2" then compost 1", then 50/50 mix ss/compost to fill in the sides, was originally planted in a local compost mixed with a local high end potting soil + regular non-organic nutes. 20, switched to sub ss about 30 days into veg from (bag)seed.
flipped 6/20, 35 days today

Plant was fed mainly on pure water (7.0ph, dechlorinated, bubbled, or clean pond water) after the last transplant prior to flip as that was the switch to subs ss.. About a week ago I added another 360W HPS. At around the same time I brewed up a molasses + bone meal + (what I though was) organic nute tea and gave each plant about 1/2 gal water then 1/2 gal tea. They responded well. Well I made a mistake and used a non-organic nute rated at 6-4-4. I noticed two days ago some yellowing in the upper leaves of the sativa. Yesterday morning there was more, and by last night there was significant yellowing and they were a bit dry and drooping. 1 gal fresh water each 4 days ago. Last watered with a mild kelp solution, 1/4 gallon, 2 days ago. They were dry last night so I watered fresh pond water only. Pond water is very low in everything, nitro, phos, ppm, ph, etc. Run off is about 6.5-6.8 ph. Avg. humidity is around 40-50%..

Thoughts based on recent changes. I believe this may be partially a nitrogen deficiency, and partially heat/light stress. The nute tea gave a nice boost but also did a number on the microbe populations in the soil if I understand the effects of synthetic nutrient use in organic soils, reducing future effectiveness while the microbes restore. At the same time I added almost 40% more light, a side effect of which was a heat bump to the low 90's. I did raise the lamps 2", and have since raised them another 6" giving a total distance of about 15" cola to glass. My hand does not get "Hot" or even uncomfortably warm at this distance, but I am running out of room. If you look at the lower growth, it's mostly still green except a few larger fan leaves so the yellowing appears to be occuring mostly at the top, and mostly on the sativa vs. the indica which appears less affected than the sativa by environmental changes.

Opened all the "windows" in the tent and turned on an exhaust fan which helped a little bit but I fear not enough. Hi 80's still.. I've currently got the doors open and it's now down to 85 or so while I wait for a blower to show up. I watered last night, a gallon of fresh pond water through each making sure to soak in a tub for a minute or two and let the soil leach up water. Then a light dose of about another 1/4 gallon to let them run out.

How should I proceed? Did I screw up the soil and now it's nute deficient? Too hot? Too much light (too close)? All 3?

HELP!

heat, to much water do to heat, root bound, to little nitrogen maybe ? just based on them pictures

They were pretty dry upon watering, do you think they are going through it too fast? Soil was seperating from the pot at the top, and it's dry to my 2nd knuckle of my index finger.. It's possible they are root bound, they came from a 7L to these 10L pots which left about 1" on the sides w/ 3" soil in the bottom.. Brewing some mid-N tea using the following recipe and will seriously reduce heat..

1/3c mexi bat guano (12-2-0)
2/3c bone meal (5-9-0)
2/3c ewc
dry-mixed

2c mix per 5gal water
5Tbsp liquid kelp
5Tbsp molasses
bubbled for a day

Leave leaves on. During budding the plant takes nutrients from the surrounding leaves to grow. If the leaves arn't completely dead leave them cause they still can feed your buds. First of all flush and don't feed nutes. If they bounce back that was the problem. If not then its something else. Don't think its heat stress, leaves tend to curl up from that not down. The buds still look very healthy so not too much to worry about. It could be from underwatering, but it looks like that soil is pretty wet.

From what I understand organics don't require/won't benefit from a flush.. I did give them a drink of good clean water last night and they did fill back out a bit. Soil is wet from taking pics after watering but I assure you it was good and dry.. Moved lights up and worked out a much better exhaust system, we'll see if that helps.

Will give them a douse of organic fertilizer and bio tone just for good measure.
