Nute Questions. +++Flowering+++ Please help

So I am at day 16 of flowering, Got two beautiful ladies out of three children. They are looking great. Pistils and starting to form small buds. My question is when Can I start to introduce my fox farm Big, Tiger blooms? Also I have Happy Frog fruit and flower fert, high phos bat guano, and worm castings, as well as molasses. When and in what amounts can I start using such products. This is a Cfl grow so I would like to get as much quality and quantity as possible. temps range from 70-82, usually 72-76 and humidity ranges from 19-25, usually staying around 20-22%. If I could upgrade I would so telling me to use hid/mh/hps is not answering or helping. Believe me one day I will have all the goods.
