Nutes and the switch advice

Hi guys just a quick question i have just put my plants on 12/12 and have bn feeding them 9ml per 20l of fox farms grow big and for flowering i will b using fox farms tiger bloom i am confused on how to do the transition can some please explain

I use ff and I think it's pretty good. Easy to measure out, pretty hassle free. Hope that helps.

I had a look at the hydro schedules do i need al the other stuff and it all looks like loads to feed them i use a pipette to measure all of mine and i dont understand gallans i use liters i qas think in this first week of 12/12 i would do like 7 ml big grow and 2 ml tiger bloom then cut it down till half n half and eventually by getting to say week 8 be completly tiger bloom till harvest
