Still a little young I would worry about nutes yet. By looking at your soil I'd say there is plenty of nutrients to keep the plant healthy for some time, just keep your water and soil PH'd. I like to wait till they are about a foot tall before starting nutes. Fox Farm tends to be a favorite http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/

Any good potting soil will do just stay away from the time/water released nutes in certain kinds like MG as they can work just fine but they can also over do it and cause nute burn.

Its planted in soil, it is 16 days young and each one of them is 2 3 and 3.5 inches
no nutes for the first 3 weeks then start with 1/4-1/3 strength and build the strength up to around 80% strength by the end of vegg.
personally i use miracle grow(powder) and it works extremelly well.
there are all different sorts of nutes but i like to keep it simple and in regular potting or top soil with a neutral ph its works wonders and also keeps my soil ph at a perfect level.(6.8-7.0).
for flowering i use bio-bizz bloom and bio-biz grow.these are pure organic dutch nutes and always give me exellent results.
(the bio-biz bloom and bio-biz grow are mixed at different ratios according to growth stage).
if you decide to use bio-biz then i can forward you the feeding schedule as the dosages on the bottles are wrong.
