Nutrient burn someone save my babies! =(

Hello I'm looking for some help with my hydroponic system. Since I'm still a newbie I would really appreciate it if someone could help plz.

So here's my current set up
4 plants in rock wool with hydrorocks
1 400w MH light
Humidity constantly at 50%
Room Temp 78
PPM 910
PH 6.0
water pump 975 gph
Dripper System

My problem is this, Yesterday I saw nutrient burns on my plants so I decided to clean out my water and start over, the original PPM were at 1100 in veg stage so I figured that, that might have been it. Now that my ppms are at 910 and a day has past since the change, I have yet to see a difference, as a matter a fact, I just notice more nutrient burn. I feed my plants 3 times a day on a timer.

Is it my ppms, feeding cycle, or my pump over feeding?

Any feed back will be awesome Thanks!

Drop ppm to 100 and run continuos for a few hours to flush monitor res ppm when it gets above 500 drain and refill with 100ppm and flush again until all media is at 100ppm then u can raise ppm to 600 and keep it there.

So I should dilute the water until it reaches 100 ppms flush the plants for a few hours then raise the ppms back up to 600?

^^hes got the right idea, flush the system. I would use the lowest ppm you can get it too, let them make their comeback which is gonna take a couple of days for them to start makin progress although the nute burn should slow and stop once you see new growth start to slowly increase ppm

So I should flush just the system or both the system and plants? And for how long?
