Nutrient deficient or nutrient overdose?

this is a 4 week old blue widow clone. hasnt done very well.. i took it out of humid cloning area after only 8 days with hardly any roots. was wondering if this looked like a deficiency or too much fert. under 5 cfls 500w about 6" above. gave superthrive and some very mild grow nutrient from general hydro. is in jungle grow soil 50/50 with perlite. rooted in seed starter mix. it looks like its putting off some new growth within the last few days.. the very tips looks like theyre doing the same thing. hope i didnt leave anything out. thank in advance.

Too small to be a deficiency

I'd say it's N deficient.

Give 1/4 strength Nutes an foliar feed as a test to see.

its got no roots.....you said it yourself. foliar feed.

I've sometimes had similar issues with transplanting. I think I narrowed it down to using too hot of a medium. I used to use Fox Farms ocean forest and switched to seed starter, and now my transfered clones grow much faster and healthier. Your newest growth looks healthy and green, it is just going to be very slow going until you get more of an abundance of healthy growth. It should have decent root growth by now if it's been in the soil 3 weeks and is still alive. That really doesn't look like N-deficiency to me at all. The old yellow leaves, look like leeched leaves from it rooting before you transplanted. Those leaves will pretty much not recover. As long as your newest growth looks healthy, then just maintain what you are doing and growth should speed up over time.

I say you fed it way to early. I normally wont feed the 1st month when in some decent soil.

Think its burnt by nutes also. Looks kinda wet too. How often you water, let her dry out a couple days. If thats real wattage you might raise it a few inches and let those babies grow then bring em down.jmo

newly transplanted is why it looks so wet.
