Nutrient mixing order? Important?

My plan was feeding 350ppm.

RO water measured 20ppm
I mixed in 4ml/L of Canna Rhizotonic and measured 100ppm.
I mixed in 1ml/L of Canna Coco A and measured 270ppm.
I mixed in 1ml/L of Canna Coco B and measured 350ppm.
Fixed PH to 5.8 and nutrient soup is ready now.

Next time I added exactly the same amount of same nutrients, but only in different order.

1ml/L Coco A - 200ppm
1ml/L Coco B - 270ppm
4ml/L Rhizotonic - 300ppm

How is this possible? One way I got in total of 350, but when I started with Coco A and B, then I got a weaker solution in the end.

Both ways I used exactly the same amount of water and accurately same amount of nutrients.

1) What should be the correct order when mixing together nutrients when I aim at certain ppm/EC level?
2) If feeding schedual (www.canna.com) says plants need 500ppm for example, does it mean 500ppm of Coco A and B or does it mean all nutrients together should sum up at 500ppm?

Canna Coco A and B, Rhizotonic, CannaBoost, Cannazym - these are the nutrients I am going to use.

do u leave your water to sit for some time before mixing your feed ? i cant really see how your ppm is different if adding the exact amounts in with the exact amount of water how ever if i havnt left water to sit i do notice my readings are not so stable so i believe leaving to sit gives things like chlorine to evapourate this is all i can think really but rhizotonic really pushed my ph up a lot too but i normally add root stim then boosters and additives then my base nutes then let mix for a good few hours then i take ph an ec readings and adjust ph and fill res

Check the water ppm first?

Always clean measuring and mixing equipment well after each use!

I never liked going by ppm. I always like volume measuring.....Kinda anal to attempt to be that perfect each and every time...

You say your using RO water, right?
You better start using a Ca/Mg product as RO has none. You'll get def's and you'll soon find that adding it works very well for pH stabilization too.

If you ever begin to use a Silica product. You should always stir the mix well and then add that last!

How exact are your measurements? An extra .1ml of each will add up. I use pipettes and I still get very minor variances, just dilute with more RO to get your target EC. 50 ppm either way isn't much. I've thought about weighing out my nutes, it would be far more precise, just overkill.

usually silica goes first or last but depending on what type of silica. potassium silicate goes first as it will coagulate your nutes and lock out CAL. I've noticed that mono or ortho silicic acid don't affect it too much in any order

It can but, K2O3Si can still be added last safely if you stir the mix well before you add it. If you disperse the Ca well, it should not react with the mix.

You should use all the water called for in the mix - not half the water - adding your nutrients and supplements, then adding the rest of the water and mix = BAD JuJu for all the nutrients that way! START WITH ALL the water and add - stirring at EACH addition. Si first or last is basically meaningless. The other reactive part is there either way - Just remember to stir well at each addition!

Micro first is the only thing I've ever done as far as mixing order.
