Ah miracle grow......
tenor-4.gif

They are way to small for nutes tbh.

I suggest transplanting into something else.

If you can't get the suggested soils for growing weed just look for any organic potting soil.

Miracle grow outside of the organic formula had slow release nutrients which when you flower there is a shift in what the plant needs.

They are over loaded with nutrients. I'd transplant yesterday

So I should just put them in a 3 or 5 gallon pot now ? With different soil ?

Go to a 1 gallon with different soil. Let them recoupe then go to a 3 or 5 is what I would suggest.

I also want to say transplants until it's final home should be in plastic containers. Trying to get a plant out of a grow bag to up pot is maddening.

How do I remove the old soil without messing up the roots

What type of MG soil do you have, there’s quite a few? This will determine what your course of action will be. The potting mix seems to be the most commonly used MG soil, which seems to be the bag I see in your post, and it has little to no nutritional value ( 0.21 - 0.11 - 0.16 ), and can feed for 3 or 6 months depending on which time release you get. Your plants will starve pretty quick if you don’t supplement with some other form of nutrition.
Using MG’s “ Plant Food “ amendment, it supplies an NPK ratio of 24-8-16, extremely high in Nitrogen, P and K levels are ok. I’ve personally never used it, and based on those number, I wouldn’t recommend it either. I’ve had quite a few successful runs with MG, but not just with the soil by its self, I used other nutrients to feed the plant. That flower fuel you have is extremely potent stuff, I use it myself, but ONLY during flower, NEVER during veg. Your main goal at this stage of the plants life is to provide Nitrogen, and MG’s soil alone won’t provide that unfortunately.

Yikes. Miracle grow+cannabis= :(
Yeah but according to that crazy wife on American Beauty, Miracle Grow is good for roses at least. Lol

Sorry, couldn't help myself. Every time I hear Miracle Grow I think of that movie. One of my top 50 favorite movies of all time BTW ;)

Stop spraying your plants. That's where most of the damage came from. Plants don't need spraying unless you're fighting bugs or trying to fix a deficiency.

That plant food would be OK as a bloom booster for the stretch but has too much P compared to K for later flowering and almost no N so useless for veg. No-name stuff like that probably doesn't have much if any micro-nutrients either. Hope you're not already using it before your plants have used up what is already in the MG soil.

i sprayed my last grow but this time not even once not so much as a mist and didnt really notice any difference
Depends what you're spraying and when! I spray kelp when transition to flower and notice faster flip times and larger flowers earlier. They tend to stack better stretch less and have a better leg up when they using alot of energy to start flowering.
I also use overgrow (optic foliar) in veg and they def love it! They grow alot faster and stay healthy

I've seen a hell of a lot more problems with plants that are sprayed than the converse. Especially with young plants. I just feed my plants some bloom nutes and a half dose of Big Bud a week before flipping for fast flower set and an abundance of bud sites. A large, healthy root system and good feed will give the plant everything it can use.

But to each their own.
