nutrients and food suggestion please

In a few hour I am about to buy some nutrients/food. My plants r in early veg three weeks old can someone tell me what to buy for food and nutrients

Bio-bizz Bio Grow for veg and Bio-bizz Bio Bloom for flower...maybe add half a mil of Vitalink Buddy per litre after 3 weeks of flowering if ya want!

I am going to the store in an hour to buy nutrients/food for my three week olds. I'm not sure what to get. I have looked everywhere and can't find what is good for early veg. Can someone please tell me what to buy or what numbers like 15 10 10. Thanks
