Hello.

I'm a new grower and i use Iguana Juice The directives saying 4mL per liter. i think that directives for hydroponic growing but i'm growing in soil. My pot size are 18 liters. Should i use 72mL nutrients per pot or what?

P.S. i know my english is sucks. sorry for that.

Hi there, i'd start off with half of 1ml into 2 liters of water and slowly work your way upto full strenth'Whenever you start giving any plant food its got to be weaned on to the food so you dont burn your plants. Feed every other watering, just go slowly up with the feed and you shouldnt get any nute burn and you'll have a happy plant and your hands. its alot to take in when you first start off growing but it will all come together' all the best with the rest of your grow, scunk

If you are growing in soil, you can use much less nutrients if you have self watering pots which take up water from the bottom of roots (capillary action). Also you can't over or under water plants, another common problem with growers. This makes growing much easier and increases yields. I use pots from 420GS.com. You can get set up for around $30. But remember, not to use as much nutrients. It is not needed with self watering pots/containers.

here is the answer
----

Thank you for your inquiry.

The calculator works very well with soil, you simply feed once per week at
the application rate stated.
The reservoir size would be your watering jug in the case of soil.

If you can please list the products you have, we can send you a customer
feeding schedule for you to follow along with.
