I’m using Jacks base nutrients in coco, and I have been experimenting with various additives, mostly organic, aminos and enzymes, along with fulvic and humic acids. I am interested in House & Garden’s shooting powder. The website is quite vague on exactly what the product is, it just says:
“Overview Shooting Powder is a premium phosphorous and potassium based nutrient that's designed to give your plants a final push in the flowering phase of the growth cycle. General Information Shooting powder provides pre-cursors for ATP synthesis which in turn will give your plants a basis to increase flower weight towards the end of the cycle. This premium additive is suitable for use with any grow medium and in any grow system.”
It contains Potassium sulfate, potassium carbonate and potassium phosphate, I can get these much cheaper, is there some proprietary blend, or otherwise unavailable quality, or secret ratio that makes this a unique product, or is there a cheaper just as effective route?
