Nutrition help

This is my 1st time growing indoors. I am using Mother Earth soil. What else exactly would I need for nutrients and fertilizer?

fox farms liquid nutrients or equivalent.
General hydroponics Ph testing kit
Digital Ph testing meter
Digital Tds/ec meter
Dont know what all you have, so I threw the others in for in case.

Thanks for that. Can you let me know if you find info on that soil? I'm not doing hydroponics. I have the ph up & down. And ph meter. Also temperature and humidity. Do you know the ratio for NPK should be or does it depend on what I have? Should I also use Seaweed Kelp Extract too?
