Just wondering what size pump to use in a 20 gallon rez. Don't want to under or over do it.
Thanks I'll check the power in it. Off the top of my head I think it gives like a certain amount per hour. But I'm sure I can find wattage.
Yeah that looks like the smaller one I have in the link thanksThanks I'll check the power in it. Off the top of my head I think it gives like a certain amount per hour. But I'm sure I can find wattage.
Use a venturi attachment. Air pumps suck ass.Just wondering what size pump to use in a 20 gallon rez. Don't want to under or over do it.
Can you elaborate?Use a venturi attachment. Air pumps suck ass.
Kick ass thanksYes brutha. Just a water pump. Inline or submersible doesn't matter. It actually works better than I ever imagined. I built one yesterday and was floored. Know though, that the reason it pulls in air is because the tubing diameter is decreased and then increased again, creating more pressure, and by adding the tube, it creates a vacuum to pull air in. He's right about the way the 45* angle is oriented too. It will just shoot water if it's the wrong way. But just simply turn it til you get the amount of bubbles you're looking for.
