Yeah that was his whole bullshit defense. I can't believe that a jury bought that shit! The guy had already been cuffed. How he could even justify tazing him is beyond me! The maximum sentence is supposedly 4 years for the charge he was convicted of. The news said that the judge could choose to add more time if he wants but I doubt that will even happen. He'll be out in a year!

HEY NO WORRIES.....He will get what is really coming to him. HE IS GOING TO PRISON, Even in PC, the chances of that dude EVER getting out alive.....are NONE. PERIOD. People in the victims family said that at sentencing...we may not be able to kill you, put those in prison certianly can.
