oasis cubes for germ and seedling

Hey guys, hope everyone is having a happy day!

I know its hard without pictures, maybe I can take some tonight or this weekend but for now, this is my situation.

I bought a propagation chamber that holds oasis cubes in individual cut outs that sit in a tray with another tray under that one to hold run off water. There is a heating mat and humidity dome and a fluro light.

So far, my germ rate is really great. Had a couple of old bag seeds that didn't sprout but those were practice anyways. Now, I have my good seeds in and planted. I started with 5 and they all sprouted and are close to 2 weeks old. They are about 2 inches, maybe more high and just sprouting there 3rd set of leaves but they are very small and spindly.

The temp runs right around 75, humidity is high and I mist them twice a day with room temp water that has sat out at least 2 days.

I've planted a few more seeds to allow for weeding out the males. But, I'm worried that my plants aren't growing as vigorously as they should. I see other people plants at 2 weeks old and they look more busy and full.

There is always water in the bottom tray and the cubes are always moist. When I squish a cube down with my finger its very moist. I have just the tips of a couple of leaves starting to yellow. Does it sound like I am over watering them? Are those cubes supposed to dry out in this seedling stage? If I do let them dry out the long taproot is sticking out the bottom of the cube would be in darkness under the tray but it would be exposed directly to the air.

No pix? What is the pH of your water? Have you added any nutes? Are you using tap water?

PH has been checked, its 6.5. I use tap water but let it sit in a glass picture for at least 2 days and no nutes at all. Will try to get pics tonight, I'm at the office right now! I know mj likes drier conditions but I thought these types of cubes were supposed to be kept wet? Do you let them dry a bit after they sprout?

I'm feeling pretty humbled right now! I've read like 4 books and been reading everything I can on line for a couple of months now and just got my medical license and THOUGHT I had a pretty good handle on things but I must admit, I don't know if they need to dry out or keep them squishy moist?
