Have you looked into this deeper than just hearing that the Obaminator is just giving away free stuff?? Do you understand the mechanics behind it? First of all, the universities have to take a 25% discount hit... He is giving away their stuff for free. Who do you suppose is going to have to pick up that slack? Oh yeah... Other students that are paying for college.

If you care about your money going to poor people who didn't earn it, why wouldn't you care about your money going to rich people who didn't earn it? Oh, because you thought they earned it.. Without these rich people running the companies (even though they get switched out year after year..) said companies would just go under, or perform poorly, negating the investments of the shareholders!.. Those are the guys we're looking after after all... Except even their stock goes down.. While CEO pay goes up.. so weird.. company performs poorly, CEO walks away in riches, American people are footed the bill and business continues as usual.. Bankers pay republicans, republicans deregulate banks, bankers and republicans get paid at the expense of the American taxpayer..

How do you equate a poor person getting a free check from someone elses tax dollars with someone who has actually created jobs?

I want government out of all of that shit. The government is not supposed to take care of people. It is supposed to defend us from evil shits while we live our lives in freedom. That is not is what his happening today.
Abortion, dont want the government involved at all in healthcare including abortion. I want schools to turn out kids that can read and do basic math, not teach sex ed. In fact, I want education privatized with a voucher so parents can choose where they send their kids. CITIZENS RIGHTS!!! Intelligent design? WTF???
I want to restrict the power of the state and federal government and reduce legislation and the intrusion of government into our lives and you want them to make you breakfast and make sure you get to school in the morning.

When you sit down to do your first real estate deal and they tell you that the seller is going to be paying for x,y and z. Look around the table. Is the agent going to put any of his money into the deal? Is the seller going to put any of his money into the deal? Hell no!! You are the only guy with money at the table.
Same thing in your scenario. The government doesnt have any money and the poor people by definition dont have any money. Yet somehow you think that the rich guy not having to pay as much is the same as the poor guy getting something for free.
Until your mind gets untangled you are not going to be able to figure it out. When your money is on the table it suddenly becomes more clear.

I would be happy to have a fixed amount on everyone between 10 and 20% total taxes including on the poor who use a much larger amount of the infrastructure. The rich pay people to work who also pay taxes which nobody seems to want to account for.

I want parent choice. Schools would prove they are teaching kids to parents every day. If the parents didnt like what or how much the child was being taught then they can send them to a different school. Competition would weed out the bad teachers and/or schools. You want to continue what we have now is forcing parents to send their children to ineffective government schools with no choice. That is pretty fucking sick if you ask me.
My tax dollars are going to pay for it, I would rather the kid actually get an education. Maybe you are more interested in the teachers salaries and pensions.

My platform is my own. I am closer to a libertarian than a liberal. You dont like the platform so you attack me for it. All I want is for the government to get out of my business and leave me alone but you are not happy with that situation.
All I want in education is for parents to have a choice and be able to send their kids to effective schools. You offer no solutions except the party platform and accuse me of not having original thought...
