Obama is giving himself a pay cut

Shrinking the deficit with borrowed money and time within 7 years as the interest raises our debt will be one of our biggest government costs while fucking retirees and the poor with stagflation.

Bucky doesn't understand that concept... Getting a new credit card to pay off the old credit card is good fiscal policy in his world.

Ya, Ron Paul has given his entire salary back since his first year in politics. When you make a mil a year in stocks, another mil in other investments and a few more mil doing who the fuck knows what, not even counting the millions he will make as a speaker after his second term, it really doesn't matter and is in fact more of an insult to me than anything. It's a strategy, a attempt to look human, something he and most politicians are not.

he did not give his entire salary back.

when he was broke, he made millions by publishing those racist newsletters.

when he was in congress, he made millions from congressional insider trading.

or perhaps you have another explanation for why his portfolio outperforms similar portfolios many times over, year after year.

probably just because rawn pawl is Dog, right?

jajajajajajajajajajaja!

I'm all for perks, but there needs be a limit. I'd be more impressed with a ten percent cut to his expenses but that's asking too much. I hope he gets his frat brothers to do the same.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Former President Bill Clinton's 8,300-square-foot Harlem office near the Apollo Theater costs taxpayers nearly $450,000. George W. Bush spends $85,000 on telephone fees, and another $60,000 on travel. Jimmy Carter sends $15,000 worth of postage - all on the government's dime.
The most exclusive club in the world has a similarly exclusive price tag - nearly $3.7 million, according to a new report from the nonpartisan Congressional Research Service. That's how much the federal government spent last year on the four living ex-presidents and one presidential widow.
Topping the list in 2012 was George W. Bush, who got just over $1.3 million last year.

Well you should do something at least read a little maybe one day you could be correct about a single argument you make. Instead of relying on ad hominem attacks to deflect from the truth.

this was the first pic on a google search of "down syndrome wiki", and it reminded me of you.

i shall include the caption, as it also seemed fitting for you:*Boy with Down syndrome assembling a bookcase

kk bucky your attacks are getting tiresome so when you have something to add to the topic at hand I will be more than happy to point out your ignorance.

"Income Income Income Income"

what you IMPLY is wealth but what you SAY is Wage.

barry doesnt make "Income", nor does donald trump, nor does bill gates, nor does ANY of the "wealthy" the "1%" nor any of the people you hate because they have more than you, they get it all through ""Capital Gains" (profit on investments) Annuities (investments in long term bonds with a set payout) and other NON-INCOME sources.

you use the words so carefully selected for their psychological value, and counter-intuitive meaning.

barry can call for higher taxes on higher "INCOMES" at his leisure, but it will NOT effect him, since he doesnt actually get any "INCOME" which despite it's implication (things coming in) has NO RELATION to wealth, not even standing wealth.

if you actually believe the bullshit youre spouting, i feel bad for you. the people who have money do NOT place themselves in a position to have less of it untill they are on their deathbeds. not even your sainted heroes of the hoi polloi like Barry O.

My god. You've said something I agree with.

When I CBF searching libtard blogs, I just go to the mail. Both are about as reliable and reputable as each other so it's all good.

Meanwhile barrys playing golf with tiger and the forehead is skiing with the dependants...

But they'd like to show their solidarity to fellow citizens & federal workers by giving back $17k - only so he wouldn't look like a dick next to hagel.

Rumours floating around suggest beyonce and adele will perform for the "heads" 50th.

The rest of America must be relieved knowing $17k will be wiped off the deficit and the first family is feeling the negative effects of required spending cuts, while sitting on private beaches in Hawaii...

2 hours agoObama will give up portion of his salary

CNN White House Producer Becky BrittainWashington (CNN) – President Barack Obama will put 5% of his paycheck back into the federal government's coffers in a show of unity with furloughed federal workers, a senior administration official Wednesday.
Obama, whose $400,000 annual salary is set in law and can't officially be changed, will write a check made out to the U.S. treasury every month beginning in April. Since the mandatory across-the-board spending cuts went into effect March 1, his payment for last month will be paid retroactively.
