It would be great if he could then maybe we could get the DEA out of Canada and decriminalize it here

its more about ,not spending fed money busting people that have a license or prescription to smoke or distribute weed.

In Mass. they just passed a law that states" anyone caught with an OUNCE or less will NOT face criminal charges, their weed gets confiscated(cops will be enjoying it im sure) and you get a $100 civil fine....Slowly but surely weed will be legal in my life time...
