The thing about that fair is that it was clearly a controlled environment; it's not like gay people just spontaneously suck dick on the streets...
edit: it's like if you went to a nude beach and started complaining that you see naked people... WTF did you expect? I bet the people at the fair knew ahead of time what kind of shit was going to take place, considering full nudity was allowed.

Personally, if I were in the Tea Party, I wouldn't find "Teabagger" offensive. Now "Teabaggee"????? I might find that one offensive, but I rather enjoy doing the "Teabagging". I've never been "Teabagged" before, but it's not really my thing (no offense to anyone who enjoys being "Teabagged").
