Are you suggesting...cock cancer??!!

I actually haven't felt this for about a year. I was just curious of how common it is.

Taint as bad as it sounds.
dude, if it's spread to your Taint then you need to get your grundle checked too. if it spreads to your anus then shit is gonna get ROUGH! or at least irregular.

or put on the star shaped aperture and make festive fecal christmas ornaments!

Ok honestly.. I was really drunk earlier and choked the chicken.. Shortly after, I took a piss. Then my penis started to burn like I had to piss but couldn't. I've felt this way before even before I ever had sex.

Just weird that I got the feeling again. I drank a bunch of water and had a good piss now the feeling went away. WTF?

EDIT: I looked it up and this is common after a night of drinking or when you're dehydrated.

Can't say I've ever experienced what you're describing. Most that ever happens with me is I feel sort of "empty" if I have too many orgasms in a short period of time. I'd describe it as discomfort more than painful.

1-10, how painful is it?

This is something that has been happening to me since my early teens, IOW since I learned to masturbate. Occasionally after I orgasm I will notice a pain begin in my penis that eventually extends the length of the shaft and into the 'root'. This pain is delayed, onsetting about 10 minutes after orgasm, and lasts anywhere from 20-45 minutes before it peaks and then quickly fades away. The pain is also accompanied by a urgent need to urinate, although my bladder will be empty. I have found a warm bath will make the pain subside within a few minutes As I have gotten older, the pain comes less and less often, is not as intense, and does not last as long. I am more curious than concerned as, like I said, this has been a normal part of masturbation since I was young. It used to happen about once a month, now it happens just a few times a year.I am of course too embarrassed to ask my friends about this in person. I have asked online friends before, and they all have no idea what I am talking about. An internet search suggests the pain is similar to Prostatitis, or inflammation of the prostate, yet I can find no conditions where inflammation comes and goes throughout life.

So, any other guys have this happen?

check ur prostate brother, I hate to scare u but that is probably the cause , but i'm not no Doctor so what do i kno hehehhe ,but once i had pain like that and i serch online , and that what it was saying , prostate involvement in pain , but that happen to me only once and it didn't happen ever again , so i let it rest and didn't do anything with it and I'm not in that age that i have to check it out so i'm good , but if it's happen to u often i wouldn't wait and check this out. it's just a thought tho.

I get the pain and urge to urinate if I don't milk the shaft after orgasm. Got to milk it and squeeze out all the jiz.

That has also happened to me, suuucks! You know there's something in there, but there's no pressure inside the pipes. I've sat there and held my dick in my had trying my hardest to piss for like 20-25 minutes before with NOTHING coming out.. Only ever happened right after I climaxed.. Lesson learned, piss before you cum.

When I was a teen I would put it in the range of 8, really terrible. Back then it would hurt from the head down to the root. Strangley, the pain would subside while urinating, but would flare up even worse when I was finished. I learned that urinating made the pain worse and lengthened the time till recovery. When the pain does begin to subside, it is very fleeting...from 8 to a memory in like 2 minutes. Now days the pain is sort of just in the urethra, and is anywhere from a 2-4. As I said it only happens a couple times a year anymore.

Yea I connected it with prostate pain when I first started looking on the net, yet prostate pain is generally due to an enlarged prostate or tumor causing pressure. As mine has been happening since adolescence and has diminished over the years, it doesn't fit the pattern of prostate disorder. I have come to suspect that during certain times when I am aroused for whatever reason my prostate swells. A warm bath fixes it quickly, as if it just relaxes the whole area. I am also beginning to suspect retrograde ejaculation.

I get the pain and urge to urinate if I don't milk the shaft after orgasm. Got to milk it and squeeze out all the jiz.
I made this connection pretty early on when I was still a teen. It's a habit I still have to this day, but I can't say if it ever helped or not. I still seemed to get the pain at random times despite wringing it out when I'm done.

I think you need to go see a doctor as the problem is in the urinary tract. There may not be anything that can be done though if the tract is getting pinched or not closing properly during the erection which can happen and cause the discomfort your speaking of. It may have been worse when you were younger as everything was "maturing" and sorting out its place. Just an opinion though and if I were you I would see a doctor as it could be nothing or it could be something serious. You won't know until you look into it though, and if it is serious you will have found out hopefully at an early stage. You should not have discomfort like this, especially if you have not had any physical injuries to the area in the past. Take care of yourself and hopefully you can figure out a way to get rid of these pains.
