I've read funny stories of people putting pennies in the envelopes to make them heavier.
The company wanted restitution and the guy vehemently claimed he put the around 37 cents in on accident and demanded restitution.

yeah it will decrease at that, but their are those of us who will still be there in the long run who do end up getting fucked by our GOV this isnt a joke or a trend for the people who really are in it to say give me my restitution. i cant get a job because i HAD to drop out because of the ideal of looking normal with 2 legs is more important than busting my ass in a wheelchair. those are the 2 that keep me from being employed. o and if you dare decide to smack me down for being lazy. im on double flats and still hauling ass everywhere i go and still trump ever last fat fuck in their cars.

Sent off a shingle today to a major bank. I still have nearly a whole bundle of shingles left so they will be getting more. I reckon I have enough shingles for about 300. This could actually be a big expense for them if enough people do it. 
They've been filling my mailbox for years....it's the least I can do to return the favour.

i wish i had a shingle. i just put a bunch of junk mail in my envelope. i took the makreting stuff i got from the cable co, some coupons & a card and closed it up and wrote OWS on there.

i ripped off the addresses on my junk mail but i doubt it matters. what are they going to do? i don't think they can control what people put in the envelope. i hope they don't find me and bill me for a stamp.
