I am looking to begin an indoor grow.
I have read good things about Ocean forest potting soil.
Do you recommend this?

Do I need fertilizers/conditioners for this? If so, what should I get.

How often do i add fertilizer.

I use it and recomend it. its like a broken up sponge! hahaha but FAQ fer u my freind!

Yes FFOF is very good soil. You will love it, your plants will love it. It has plenty of yummy stuff in it....you don't have to add nutes for the first month with OF if you dont want to.
