maybe the law is watching me? not sure but I just served 18 on 30 in exchange for fines and a year of probation..charged with a misdemeanor, cultivation 1-8 oz. 48 hours community service, 2 years probation. Can piss hot, legal patient, probation is having a fit but can't do anything about it. All for a raid that happened in Febuary, was tipped by my roommate's distribution. A buyer was caught and in reduction of his sentence he snitched; SMDTF surveyed the house for 2 weeks, arresting 2 more people before smashing in the front door at 5am in early Febuary. Life goes on...

Indeed good to be back, could have been a lot worse. I had no lawyer only a free public defender (some counties do charge if going to trial) who got 3 felonies reduced to what you read in #102. Which is pretty good from what I hear about dropping a $10,000 retainer on a lawyer and still getting 6 months, 2 felonies on record and in custody battles with a ex-gf over a 5 year old daughter...(roommates scenario)

that was taken on the 5th or 6th of september...I am thinkin about cutting them down on monday next week, depending on the weather...otherwise the 3rd week of October...
