odor smell question

my question is what is the best/cheapest odor control substance/filter i can use/make? no stuff i cant buy at walmart/lowes ect just dont want to deal with the internet to sketchy and takes to long

You need a carbon activated filter and an inline fan. They start at $150.00, try Htgsupply.com, your not going to find shit at walmart.

incense defiantly, also if your room always smelled like bud what reason is there for suspicion? jk. i mean you cant get bud at walmart YET but thats what i use . maybe just a fan blowing the odor out a window would be cheap and simple

ive found that citronella oil/candles overpower the skunkyness pretty well

Nag champa incense in a room other than your grow-room. Burning incense in the actual grow-room puts A LOT of unwanted chemicals in the air directly around your plants; not to mention it could make your crop end up smelling like incense. But if you do decide to take the incense route, I prefer Nag champa. I feel it's not only the best smelling incense, but also the most effective at covering smells without being overwhelming. As mentioned above, the carbon-filters are really popular; however, they do cost a little bit of $$$. Hope this helps! First post baby! hahaha

you can build your own with parts from Home Depot for under $35. while you're there, pick up a few odor genies ($4 a piece and contain 10% activated carbon) and a natural magic odor absorbing gel or two (like $4 or $5 a piece). i've got five dank plants going - two of which are going to be harvested within a week - and you don't really smell them unless you're right up by them in the grow area.

Are we fucking retarded? The only thing close that walmart sells is a febreze odor eliminator, this is what the site says

• Plug-in odor removal appliance removes odors throughout the home
• Removes pet odors, tobacco odors and other odors from bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and closets
• Plugs into any 120-volt outlet

So get like 90 of those and put them in your grow room!!

I can tell you from much experience that this is the truth.

people 10 feet away from my grow a week from harvest don't smell jack shit, they have no idea I grow.

I use a 277 CFM Inline fan with a 90 pound activated carbon filter. In the entryway to the house I have a small ozone generator. There is no odor.

you can try to cover the smell with anything you have, walk outside for 10 minutes and come back inside and tell me you would never be able to smell the weed? Be honest with yourself and don't think" well the person who smells it won't know what it is" cuz chances are that they def know what that smell is that your trying to cover up. Gotta spend a little dough to grow!

those febreze odor eliminators do work, one day i walked in to find my room smelling like well something really good and stinky. i walked around walmart and saw them. i bought 1 and when i got home i plugged it in and set it in my box. about 2 hours later i came back in and couldnt smell shit. then again i only have 4 growing and one is 3 weeks into flower. so you might need 2 or 3 of them depending on ur setup.

im hiding the smell from my roomates and i cant burn incense in the house bc we have a no smoking place and our owner hates incense. i am doing a pc grow case and will only have 2 small plants tops so a carbon scrubber would be to noticable is there no odor goop shit i could buy at any store like they sell online?

yea its called ona gel they also sell one too like absober in walmart also search for somehting called a ona bucket use a 5 gallon bucket a small fan and ond ona soultion it supposed to work really well but u will have to refill the ona soultion ever so often
