Long story short: My neighbor died in his unit and laid there a month. His body did what they start to do.

The biological cleanup guy told me that to keep the odor from coming into my unit, I should tape around the edge of ALL my electrical and telephone jacks that share a wall with him.
He says there's a lot of air sucked in and out of the space between the walls when the wind blows and you open doors and stuff. A lot of that air comes through the gaps around the edge's of the electrical outlets.
So, if you are trying to keep the odor contained to an area, you should tape over the outlets in the same way...
Obviously don't go crazy. No need making a fire hazard.
