Hey everyone, when my lights are on the temperatures are about 70-75 degrees. When the lights are off the temperatures are around 50 degrees. Are my plants going to be ok at such low night cycle temps?

Thanks for any help:dunce:

It's certainly gonna slow your growth, and may cause some problems. Add some heat.
I already have a space heater right outside of the tent at the intake and it is still 55 degrees. I am not sure what else i can do….more space heaters?

Run your lights on their daytime cycle at our night time to keep them warmer. I use the heat from my 2k to help heat my house at night.

IMO, 75 is too hot for night time like you were wondering above.

I keep my off light temps at anywhere from 70-75 and when on around 80 but my strain loves those temps and they are freakin monsters. So just set you space heater to 65 then and you should be fine man just have a fan blowing around in there so it doesn't create any hot spots and it equally distributes the heat

I have temps in the high 50s during lights out and have NO problems from doing this. Plus, I get all kinds of nice colors in my flowers from the lower temps. I wouldnt worry too much about it, u should be good!

Good luck

Don't forget these plants originally grew on the side of a Mountain they can take some cold.
They'll be ok man. Your still 70-75-F when the lights are on. Remember it's when the soil gets cold you get into slow growth and nutrient lock out.
If these plants are in Veg. 50's would be the lowest I would go.
If there in Flower you could even go colder. It would be like a Fall day cycle.
Water with room temp water. Is a little tip to help you. This help keep your soil warm.

Good Luck on Your Grow.

Sir,

My plants are in the basement growing, I have a few holes in my tent, but my plants are still growing healthy!
Will it just take longer since my temperature is not really up? Should I look into buying a heater or what? Just looking for some advice!

Thank you,

JBreveard!

Hey bud. That guy you asked for help was from 8 years ago.

What are your temps during lights on and lights off?

And what kind of lights are you running?
