Voodoo juice is pretty much sex in a bottle, for your roots. The man who taught me the most about growing always told me one thing " Always jam out those roots brother. You give them bitches some Voodoo and Carbs, and your shit will be obviously ridiculous. Period dot com."

I use Voodoo with Liquid Carbo load for Veg, and switch to bud candy during flower. Carbs carbs carbs! Oprah would die!

Hey Great thread!!!

I am running a 16 bucket 5 gal DWC set up and am trying to calculate the amount of nutes ill need I figure my calculations on 64 gallons of water per feeding. I am new to this and appreciate any and all help. I am willing to spend the cash on the AN line but they have so much to offer and I am torn as to what to buy. The following list is what was recommended to me by my local hydro store.

Connoiseur A and B 10 liters each
Voodoo Juice 4 Liters
Big Bud 4 liters
B-52 4 liters
Overdrive 4 liters
Pirahna 4 liters
Bud Candy 4 liters
X Factor 4 liters
Rhino Skin 1 liter
Fina Phase 1 liter

Please tell me if this makes sense seems like overkill but I want to do this propa!!! As stated earlier all help is welcomed and mucho appreciated.

Do you use bud candy even during veg to feed the voodoo? I was under the assumption the extra additives were a waste during veg. Let me know!

No I have not used Bud candy in veg,I do not use Carbo just Molasses I did use carboload but I feel during Veg it is not needed as much as the other nutrients.NOW in Flower is another story I have tried to just use Molasses WHICH WORKS to suppliment for the carbo and sweatleaf for yeah I noticed a drop in a consistant perpetual grow.
Dont get me wrong you will notice a growth increase in veg and worth it if you choose.

Yes I do Feel it is worth it man THE ADDITIVEs 100% I do Feel the nutz are also worth it but I heard of other growers using AN enhancers with there base nutz like DM gold or BLoom yellow or Humbolt or Fox Farm<<<<was the last nutz I use after trying several then I found SENSI from AN 4yrs ago and OH yeah baby

and your ? about beginner friendly I would say yes,you will not run into the deficiencies as you will some other brands(that I have grown with)
You do not have to get everything but a must are to start
Base(would recommend Iguana to start with and organic B)your yields will still be better than other syn made nutz
If you get connoisseur you will not need the H1 and F1(but I still use a little extra)
Vodoo
Pirahna
Tirantula
NEVER forget sensizyme
and Silica(i use Rhino skin wont need much will last a long time if you do 5 gallon batches)
This will start you of for a successful flower

What would be the equivalent of Fox Farms Grow Big and Tiger Bloom?

Johnny, I am currently on day 11 of my first run and am not sure what to feed my ladies. I cannot get in touch with the guy that gave me the cuttings and was supposed to give me his formula. I am willing to pay for proper nutes to increase yield and quality. What do you suggest that I use for the rest of veg? Now they are looking great under 1000's in Ocean Forrest Soil. I am working with some very vigorous sour diesels. Thanks for all of your posts. They have been quite helpfull.

This is the Master grower combo right? well if you can follow directions and bake a decent cake,then you will blow your mind if you use the full setup(which is what I use)
Reminder always go lower on ppm/ec these nutz are potent(not strong but easily obsorbed"chelates") .I would not bring past 1200ppm til 5week and switch to 12/12 starting off with 750pppm or 800ppm.Hey I was looking over drive and its pretty similar to my Mother earth bloom lest pk than overdrive per nitrogen.I like this towards the end for the smoother taste I try to stay away from heavy phosphur.... toward last 3 weeks..
Go for it Make sure you have a STRONG light and some sort of extra co2 as it will need to work together ( I use 3lbs of dry ice for 10x6 a couple times a week until I get the CO2 tank)

I know it can get confusing but let me lay it down for you real quick

Base Nutz by Advanced Nutrients______________
grow micro bloom(3 part)
Sensi grow or bloom A & B(2 part)
Connoisseur A & B (2 part BLOOM ONLY PRODUCT)
Iguana and organic b with mother earth (these come in grow or bloom and are the organic base nutz )

Ok Then you have your F1 and H1 your acids.
B-52 your B vitamins
Sensizyme is your money makers Enzymes millions to billions of little guys
Voodoo Beneficial bacteria More little money makers multiplying eating and pooping good nutrients for plants(mimic nature)
Scorpion juice(veg)similar I use it
piranhna and tirantula more microbs,fungi and bacterias lots of good stuff.
I might be missing something here hmmm nah

OK Silica is very good for plants and humans(rhino skin aka baracade)

You use these correctly your 1000w 1lb grow will easily get to 1.5 to 1.75lbs well worth++++++++ A much better taste and smoother smoke

Iguana grow, organic b and Mother earth grow.This will do you right
I would recommend a B vitamin and enzyme
A VOODOO a must.I know its not cheap but your root zone will explode in size(larger roots=larger roots=Larger buds) this will work and then just fine tune to your strain if it has a deficiencies ( I grow in COCO coir this stuff like to leach to calcium and magnesium so I use and additive CAL-MAG)

Im following this thread. I was going to start with there Grow Micro and Bloom and one or two more products from there line. Would Vodoo and Big Bud work well? This is my first hydro grow and don't want to go to crazy yet. I have been using FF in soil.

I have a few questions. Now everyweek do I change out the water in my reservoirs and add a new batch of nuts?

Or do I keep adding nutirents in the same batch of water with the old nutirents and change it out the water once a month? If my plants don't asborbe all the nutrients and I keep adding nutrients everyweek won't this burn my plants?

I would love to see some pics of AN grow in here help get me all excited for my next grow!

Hello and welcome to the thread.
Voodoo is a must this will have most of your beneficial bacteria,you will always see results with this product if you have not been using it before.

Big Bud I would def. recommend this also and put it at number 2 on this list or Bud candy=(u can use molasses unsulfured blackstrap similar stuff will see similar results BUT NOT SAME)

I would highly recommend you invest in Sensizyme(enzymes Really good stuff) and B-52 B vitamins these two with voodoo will be much better than Big bud and Voodoo.
you will get all your Beneficials,enzyme and some good B vitamins for health and Growth.

I would also Recommend Iguana juice grow/bloom and Organic B with Mother earth nutrients as your base.(this is an excellent and HIGH YIELDING and of course quality organic lineup then add the other three I recommend AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED MY FRIEND even tho grow micro bloom is good you will same results if not better with ORGANIC iguana juice line up.

Voodoo is a great product and I beleive it is by far the best myco product on the market. Its a total rip off though. It is so much more expensive than any competitors products its not even funny. Also, if your growing in soil or soil less mix you can buy the cheap powders that contain the exact same strains of bacteria for less than 10 dollars and they will feed approx. the same amount of plants. Voodoo has much longer shelf life and more garunteed living bacteria than the powders, but at about 10% the cost its hard to say no. I switched to H&G roots excelurator after Big Mike (owner of AN) sent out e-mails proclaiming roots excelurator to be the best root additive on the market. I respect him doing that -recommending a competitors product- but I am not also going to buy voodoo and pirahana and tarantula and spend 1000 dollars just on my roots.

1 litre of voodoo = over and hundred bucks and makes approx. 500 litres of nutrient solution.

500ml of Roots excelerator= 100 bucks and makes 2000 litres!!

I wont be going to H&G for my base nutes anytime soon as they seem to be lacking some basic micro nutes, but I am going to be slowly trying their additives out. I got some shooting powder to try, which is H&G answer to overdrive. 1 satchel is like 10 bucks and makes 100 litres of solution. I dont think I will ever stop using AN snesi though, Especially with the new ph perfect and additives they are including in the new formula.

You are absolutely right about this my stoned ass forgot about the email ViD,yes Mike did say that House and Garden Roots excelarator REPLACES JUMPSTART it does NOT replace VOODOO you need to re watch the video he also specifically says this does not regard VOODOO JUICE.

PLEASE DO NOT MISINFORM others that do not know.kinda like blind leading blind.
