og biowar foliar spray

Just scooped up some og biowar foliar pack. Is it safe to use on just sprouted seedlings? Should I ph my ro water when using og biowar foliar spray? If so what ph should I use. Is there a recommended temperature for the water when using a foliar spray? Thanks dudes!

Seedlings dont need much. Save your foliar till when they are bigger.
