I am 2 weeks away from harvesting my single White Dwarf and I have just found out that my inlaws are coming to visit in 9 days. I really don't want to chop her but I will if I need to. My question is this- If I chop her in 8 days, how much will the potency be affected? today is 4 week flowering. 6 week from seed.

please help.

Lovely plant! IMO it looks like you have more than 2 weeks left. There has to be another option!
 
You need to find somewhere to hide it. I agree that it looks like you have a lot longer than 2 weeks to go before harvest.
 
Yep, need to stash her. 9 days you will be very, very disappointed. She look great dude, let her live to her full potential.
 
Is there anywhere you can lock off/make off limits? Do they stink?...
Other then hiding 'em IDK, But if you can't risk it, give 'em the chop.(better safe then sorry)

You need way more than 8 days or it will just be a waste...and you have some type of deficiency or toxicity going on...
 
to answer your question,

You will get high from those mini buds, but you will have a lot less bud. All those trichs tell you that there is THC there, just not nearly as much bud or THC as will be there in a few weeks. So yeah, you'll get high, just only about 1/8 of the number as times as you will if you can find a way to wait until they are done.

Attic? In your own closet in a box with just a little light, just to keep it alive till they leave?
 
They will be here for 2 weeks =/ I will figure something out. The problem is that her mother is a tyrant and will go through all of our shit while we are at work. This is the same woman that made me stay up to "keep her entertained" just after I finished driving 13 hours across the country.
 
...wow arent inlaws a bitch...fuck, maybe you should just blaze up a fatty when they walk through the door...are you in a med state? if so tell them you are growing for medical reasons.
 
You should try to hide it. If you chop it that early you really won't get anything... you might be able to get some kief but that'a about it... sorry.
 
Turn the lights off for 2-3 days. I've never tried it, but from what I've read, it forces your plants into thinking they are dying, and they mature faster. That seems to be your best option, so far.
 
haha maybe make a deal with a friend? Might as well because chopping it early is just not worth it. Tell him all he has to do is watch it for a few weeks and you'll share the smoke unless you don't have any friends you would trust. Is it cold where you are is there anywhere outside you could put it? * days you could build/buy a growbox that's probably the best solution if you can afford it.

but so DO NOT LEAVE IT ANYWHERE that mother in law will be snooping 100%


if you cant move it chop it and quik dry it before they come and then hide it in the attic under the insulation


but first cut a bowlful of bud off and put it on the oven on the lowest setting 200 f or below

let it get crisp about 10 - 20 min in the oven

then smoke it.

if the weed is good enough for you then you can make the decision whether chopping early wont be too bad


i had to do this once cuz bud rot showed her face:wall:

If you drove 13 hours cross country, speed finishing your bud should be a snap. I drove from Colorado to Pennsyvania (not nearly cross country) without shutting the car off, and it took me 25 hours. Cut the brake lines and send her across town for a can of corn.
 
man its only one plant. shes staying at your house, if she has a problem with it she doesnt have to stay there.. I understand its not something you want them to see, but its only one plant, they wont react too badly will they?

She's fucking crazy and in my mind will no doubt call the police. With that being said I called my wife at work and told her that I will be paying for a hotel room for her parents for 2 weeks. That quite honestly I can't stand her mother. She said "ok, sounds good" So now my problem is solved ;] Thanks everyone.
 
just dont let them in your room lock it up if they keep pushing be like well me and your daughter are into some real kinky stuff i just dont want you to see
 
HIDE it and at the same time come up with a lie if they find it..........at least thats what i would do
hopefully they wont know what it is
