1 tblspoon of baking soda with a few drops of dish soap in a gallon of water will usually knock it out, spray it during lights on and provide a little extra air flow to dry things out.
that's pretty advanced, though, i'd be feeling my branches to see if there were any soft spots, do some radical pruning if you have to

We won’t have to worry about that mate it’s got barley any leafs atall I’ve treated the plants with fungicide about 2 weeks ago there outside in Holland almost constant 90% humidity it’s only on this one stem that was sick the others are all fine for now I’ll be giving them a bath tomorow this is the plant it’s the thin one to the left these are older pics tho
