Oklahoma dispensary bud sucks! Why?

Same things going on in Canada but it's worse the weed does not exceed 7.6% THC they're keeping it low because of all the kids that can't handle good strong bud since legalization

Someone please make this combination of facts make sense.
Virginia-my weed is better then dispensory weed.
DC/MD- weed better then mine cost prelegalization prices.
WVA- have to drive to charlestown for weed better then mine.
Grow-Im a halfass homegrower with a fulltime job 2 young kids and struggle to simply find the time to properly care for my plants.
