Oklahoma Growers Thread!

Greetings guys. I've been here for a long time but at a different state. I recently, last Nov, moved to Oklahoma and have some questions about getting a medical card. I was wondering if I could ask a few questions here for those that have went through this process? I don't want to taint the thread if it's too off topic for you guys.

Search best price for a online doc for medical card.
Everything else is at https://omma.us.thentiacloud.net/webs/omma/
Shouldn't run more than $300 total. Between the Dr. and the actual license.
If you have Medicare the license is 20 bucks, plus the doc. I found a doc for $49.

Thanks, went there. Also filled out their contact now to see if they will email me back for follow up questions. Where did you find the doc so cheap? Was it a virtual visit or did you have to go in? It looks like we have t go through the same process every two years..that a shame for those of us who have ongoing established long term issues.

Hey Tracker how ya been bro? Just got started myself this year. Have a great summer season!
Thank you for the wishes. I hope you have a good season too!

I just started germination. Put beans in water night before last. I'll run autos first in the early season. They should be ready to go by late June or early July. I'll start germinating photo plants around late June, so they're ready to go in the beds as soon as I chop the autos.

I'll be making seeds on everything. If anyone wants some just say so.

@medicaloutlaw what are you going to run outdoors?

How are all the other Oklahoma gardeners? Sound off!

Got one hell of a head start already, I have 3 African queen, 3 Oaxacan pearl stem, 3 Red thai,a few sour butter x 88g13hp, burmese, vanilla frosting x Gelato, bag of oranges x Rsc malawi, and several of my malawi gold all started for outdoors this year. Anyone wanting to run some malawi I have to many. Several different variations That's not counting what's flowering right now, dancing lime, chernobyl s1, pondo s1, cap junky

Looking forward to your results! I have only found a hand full of strains that can thrive in my outdoor garden, due to leaf septoria, mainly. North central OKlahoma, with lots of trees around.

I have septoria pop up in my garden sometimes. I treat every 1 to 2 weeks with a few products starting to in early veg through the beginning of flower. It keeps the septoria in check, and the plants outgrow it.

I think the products I use that retard the septoria growth are...

Southern Ag Garden Friendly Fungicide

Azamax

Azamax is an insecticide made from neem, which I have used under other brand names. I have a friend at a university who suggested I get some plants tested to find out exactly what my spotting problems are caused by, but if I keep finding resistant strains I would rather go that route. Its like gardening anywhere, some fruits and vegetables do better than others.

Bud rot is my nemesis lol, when the storms roll in early fall gotta shake the water off em in the AM been working past couple years. I'm in south okc and I had some make it till second week of December last year, the storms here are a bitch, especially when the plants get bigger. I like the 30 gallon pots to keep them manageable, and be able to move em incase of emergency. For me 2lb plants are what I'm aiming for.
