Hi All

On December 16th my wife acquires 5 Northern Lights clones.
I almost killed them the first night:wall: I put them in the cabinet before I had the ventilation up and running. I stressed 2 severely and the other 3 moderately.
They are looking good again, but I'm sure they are small for their age.

I've had them 21 Days, how long do I Veg them before switching to 12/12 ?
They are at 20/4 now. Can I get a rough idea of the life cycle of a plant please. In Days from germination till harvest, or from clone to harvest.

Here are some week old photos of my babies some 6 day and some 14 day after I received clones. Old and Improved cabinet setup.

Don't Laugh too Hard :peace:
I'll Take some new photos in the AM.
All Input and thoughts are very welcome, I NEED A CLUE!!

I'll tell you what you want then I'll tell you what I'd do.

Veg. them until they are roughly half the height you want them to finish at, if your not topping or training. Once you get them to that height, and remember they can more than double in height, switch to twelve twelve. Most Indicas, like the NL, should flower in or under 8 weeks.

I would take the three good ones and clone them down to almost the size of those runts. Give those, runts included, another two or three weeks to grow, and then flower. You could easily get another 5-10 clones out of the three, which can make more clones and produce more bud.

Thank You Ccodiane for the quick reply and the info.

Gonna Clone this evening if it isn't too late.
My plants are in pre-flower if I'm not mistaken.

Please take a look at the pix and let me know.
I'm pretty sure the first is female but other 2 I don't know.

I'm gonna cut clones later, then put all plants and clones on 24/0.
Will this work so the clones don't continue to bloom?
Or am I SOL for the clones?

dreadscale, Id veg them for 6-8 weeks than change there schedule to 12/12. I also recommend changing there light schedule to 18/6 when there 4 weeks old it gives them a little boost of growth, trust me you'll see. :joint::peace::peace::peace:

Nah, you can clone flowering plants even, its just the farther they are along, the harder it is to get them back to veg.

sure you can still take clones, you can take clones up to 14 days into flowering. earlier the better. always take clones from the bottom of the plant. clones from the top can take up to 4x as long to root.
