Hello peoples...
Am in New Zealand and due to seriously screwed up weather patterns am having ah hard time keeping my humidity up in my 1.2mtr×0.6mtrx1.8mtr tent.
Am running ah electric sky 180 v2 led light with TC controlled prima kilma exhaust and EC inline mixed flow inlet fan.
Have watched all YOUTUBE videos but am more interested in ah bit of run of the mill solutions that other people's have tried and succeeded in please?

Humidifier? Mine works well when I’m vegging, don’t need it for flower. Fill it up in morning lasts all day on lowest setting.

Yep totally understand what ur saying but because of the size off my tent I just don't have the room for 1 ah.
Have kinda set everything up on the basis of quality over quantity ya know.

How about putting the humidifier outside the tent and opening up one of the bottom vents so it blows/gets sucked directly into the tent?
Or I’m sure even if the room the tent in was humidified the tent would just suck the humidity in? or make your own custom vent so the humidifier goes straight into the tent, Otherwise it’s just spray the walls or raise your plants and get a basin under your plants and fill with water ?

First if you have low humidity it dosent matter,its a plant and it can deal with it like it does outside.

Second if you want to increase humidity you need to do that for the whole room not just the tent or intake. If the room air is 60% so will the tent.

My house stays low like 40% humidity through the winter, you can claim higher humidity wont help but I seen for myself how much it helped in my tent.

I tried two different whole room humidifiers outside my tent and they didnt work as well as an ultrasonic in the tent. Dehumidifying definitely works better for the whole room.

I had a hard time figuring why I was having a harder time in my new house than the old one, raising the humidity did the trick.

I guess I'm just wrong and it always helping when my humidity is low is a coincidence. I guess all the people on here who suggested I get an ultrasonic humidifier were wrong too, I do only use it for veg.

If you are venting the tent then you would exhaust humidity as it is added. You would want a larger humidifier in the room the tent gets it's intake air from. Evaporative coolers make excellent humidifiers. Many can be setup to top off with a float valve and are portable on wheels.
