Old School Skunk and Pine

I will agree as well that its not anti-pot as far as citizens here are concerned... I am talking about the laws and law enforcement. Yes, the laws have changed a bit in the past few years, more relaxed, but from experience, any cop that has been on the force for a while especially before these laws were passed/changed they still treat you like you have methamphetamine or heroin in your possession. I guess my point is, we are not a recreational or medical state [YET] and we probably spend more money and funds on eradication than any other state out there for sure... I have been hiding in the bush in these ole Appalachian hills watching the national guard, HIDTA, KSP and DEA fly my part of the woods for years now... Still not relaxed at all as far as eradication is concerned...

Hope it passes, have lots of friends and some personal investments into the legalization movement myself...

Its strange. Probably millions of skunk seeds sold over the last 3 decades . As far as i understand many ppl had the male and female cuts to make seeds as well.
out of the all strains out there i wholdnt guess this one will be gone...

I've noticed every one of my current favorites has at least some skunky undertone. My sugar punch really gets that skunk nose when you open the bag, but then the rest of the terps really shine through once you get a big inhale.

Also my favorite black widow... same deal. The one that's scary sometimes to smoke for some. Two phenos I found of it, both very similar.

Stuff with Pine seems to come in second.

Lemons and citrus are nice too but not as nice as the first two.

Just to point out.. old school skunk and old school pine are two seperate strains... if it is a "piney and skunky smell" it is neither of the two people are looking for. Skunk smelled like a real skunk dead on the side of the road, no pine at all. Pine smelled just like a freshly cut Christmas tree, we called it Christmas tree in fact. Some people go so far as to compare with how the plant grows.. "this looks just like a christmas tree" which also has nothing to do with the strain. It smells just like a bag full of pine needles, thats the only similarity to a christmas tree.

Classic mexican sativa has a Christmas tree shape with straight pine aroma. When afghan was introduced to the Mexican gene pool, road kill skunk was a result. Lots of pine, skunk, fuel and lemon and combinations of those aromas come out of Mexico.

I didn't smoke in the 80's
but maybe back then it was mainly grown outside in the sun using horse shit as main fertilizer
while today it grown inside using artificial light and left over fertilizers from last cold war
and this change the taste/smell a bit

kind of the same argument ppl say that organic tomato taste better, no?

Lots of Mexican weed smells like straight pine and has a Christmas tree shape. Mexicans have different lines including fuel, pine, skunk, lemon and sour. Pine with afghan gives a skunk aroma. Also hindu kush with pine does also.
I just planted 4 beans from some weed I bought while I was in cancun. I ran out and had to buy some. While not med grade it was pretty good. That was 15 months ago so we shall see if they pop.

In cancun they have named strains for the tourists. What was the weed like? The good stuff is called lime green and is a light color.

No man, these were unmistakeable strains that have died out now. If I had to place money I would say Christmas Tree was a northern bud, mostly if not all indica.

Wow, really hard to say what it was like. Seemed a hybrid fairly decent quality bud but not great. It was not a light green and no one mentioned a name. I just went into a tee shirt shop some guy pointed me to and bought it. It was crazy though cuz I was by myself and right after I bought the bag I hoped on a bus to go back to my hotel. Unknown to me I hoped on a bus going the wrong way. So right after I buy this bag I hop on a bus and about two minutes later the bus pulls over next to two police cars and the driver points at me and tells me to get off. I was paranoid. So I get off and walk up to the cops and they proceed to tell me that the bus driver knew I was going the wrong way and the cops pointed me to the right bus. Thought I was busted as part of some sting or something. Freeked me out.

Yeah man, this same question comes up every few weeks.

We are all still looking for the real skunk and we are all still looking for the real christmas tree.

Seems both are extinct...

Of course there is always the d-bag who gets on and says "my buddy has it all but he wont share with anyone"... kinda bs, but outside of that nope. extinct.
I myself have yet to score or bx to the Christmas tree I'd say check areas in which tons of pine trees are I find in Northern Saskatchewan Canada thunderbay area is known for loving pine weed also they have been known to have a shit ton of different stuff that's extreme pine . Mayne it's time to take that northern Canada trip lol p.s. S.S.G scotty has skunk in Northern Canada he's late 30s koo kat
