Olfactory Persistance?

I went and "tended" tonight, you know, removing failing fan leaves and some LST work. The strains are White Widow and Ice-Wreck. It was all good and they are happy girls.. but smelly.

An hour later I am thinking I smell a skunk in my living room! No, I did not partake. That's the weird part.

Have some terpenes made their way into my nose and messed with the receptors in my olfactory glads? Dang I thought it was the lager I was drinking, you know how light makes clear bottle lagers smell skunky? So far, it's only me, so I will just shut up and like it. Powerful shite.

No, you smell just like the guys in the hydro store picking up supplies and have 0 clue they smell like a walking tree. I passed a guy the last time I was in and was like wow he reeks, he looked straight-laced type too...

I assume the fabric picks up the odor after prolonged exposure and maybe rubbing against them. Kinda like you can smell a commercial grow 1/4 mile away every time if the wind is right.

I am very aware of the smell. Like smelling rubber after blowing up a Dollarama balloon. This skunky smell overcomes coffee when I drink it and that could be 3 hours later.

I notice it sticks on my clothes if they touch my plants at all.

You are bumping into them and picking up sticky terp coated goodness on your skin and clothing, you can wear long sleeves and gloves and change after you are done fiddling, personally its become my signature scent though lol
