im not sure it could possibly equate. i wonder how much pay/bonus for the man responsible for this major miscalculation, it seems all projects of any substance in the uk always go way over budget, over time and inveriably mis-used or abandoned...

strange aint it?...parliament building in holyrood estimate was £40m, ended up costing over £400m to build.
