OMG saw a CLEAR spider on my plant???!?!?

is this to be concerned or is this just a regular spider? it was a clear spider about the size of a bed bug.

not to worry my fellow grower...this is a good pest to have around your plant, helps get rid of the bad ones...its not a spider mite. so relax...
