OMG Strips?!

I checked my plants this morning and this is what I found. I had some over watering and nute issues recently, but now there are strips on the leaves. I don't know what to do.

whats strips?
thats all damage from the over watering and nute burn...plants can show damage for weeks after. whats your setup?

id say your burning them, someone else more knowlegable should be able to answer. are you feeding nutes

The "strips" resemble a magnesium deficiency, lockouts can occur with improper watering & feeding. But it can all be pH, nute issues. Is that a flushable medium (no ferts), if so did you flush?

Screw flushing. Just water a couple of times with tapwater and cut back on the strength of your feeds. Feed once, water twice.
