im looking at top vents for the pollytunnel to be able to controle heat and bring RH down. debateing side pannels, full length or several smaller ones. we dont get the same heat aqnd RH over here in the uk, but just the last few years have shown an alarming raise in temps earlyer in the year, with sudden wet periods that last for 3+ weeks, it decimated my outdoor plants this year.
ive had sucsess with auto's finishing within the hot period, but they are lacking in potancy. very dissapointing, but ive not tried sensi's XXL AUTO'S YET, i've stuck with sensi for years now and reluctant to try other seed breeders/sellers, as there so hit n miss from reading. they make for nice looking plants with decent colas, but not a scratch on photo's.
maybe it was my choice of strain, but one was a fast buds , it produced some amazing buds, small cola bottle size colas, but a very dissapointing smoke, cant quite work that one out as it was one of there top sellers. i grew it totaly organic under daylight and a 250watt metal halide together, so no problems with the amount of light they recieved. healthy all through growth n flower, but no potancy

To be honest, I feel they could be stronger in potency too. Not sure, If its my tolerance or flowers, so I´m using my friend as testers, and they don´t complain. I tell them nothing and want to hear their opinion. Best results with decarbed weed:), i vaporize it, like it most as well and feeling it beeing much stronger then normal, dried herb.

What i have to do for real harvest is light deprivation, which could be time consuming and annoying when hand operated. This is the most difficult part of automatization. When i sort this, the rest is easy. I´m doing outdoor many years but now for the first time seriously thinking of indoor. I would joyfully do both out an indoor, but still haven´t house finished, so investments in weed growing is not my priority...

Got a cut of Salvia divinorum from my friend and have no clue how to grow it.
Water your salvia plant whenever the soil feels like it is drying out. You'll know your plant needs water when the leaves begin to wilt.
Keep your salvia plant in a bright, warm location out of direct sunlight.
Salvia divinorum can grow quite tall (up to 2.5m in ideal conditions). It is possible to trim the tops to force the plant to grow outward. Be careful not to trim too much, though, as this could damage the plant’s development.
If you are keeping your plant indoors, take it outside on warm, rainy days to allow rainwater to wash through the pot. This will help prevent mineral buildup in the soil that could harm the plant.
It is a good idea to use shop-bought fertiliser/plant feed every now and again to keep the plant healthy. Just be careful not to overfeed and cause mineral buildup.
Keep a close eye out for pests such as slugs and aphids, who seem to have a particular attraction to the plant. Considering you plan to use the plant yourself, do not use any harmful toxins to deal with pests; investigate safer alternatives. For example, placing a bowl of beer near your plants is a good preventative measure against slugs, who are attracted by the beer and will subsequently drown.

I´m around here:

Mapy Google

Had to chop main cola of CJ because of mould, not that bad but in such a dense bud, it would be days to be ruined. Nice plant, early to flower, but not for my conditions. Keep going and carefully inspecting everyday...

I thing I should try indoor growing, 3 x 3 or 2 x 4, SOG. Even my wife is not against...Had to do some research about lights.
Russia?

Well, to finish this.

Did partial harvest and then choped rest of my plants about 21th of september, when botrytis infection became heavy.
Grandpa´s stash came out fine, dense buds, nice smoke, i like it.
Strawberry is fluffier, but still nice.
I have enough smoke for whole year and gave more then half of my harvest to my friend and he is happy with it. He lost his plants in storm.
But im not completely satisfied, this "passive" way of growing is not the optimal to get best quality. Huge mistake was to quit light dep after one month, in the end of july is still too much natural light and re-veg occured. Then botritis....
So, next year, I have to take more control over my environment-either heating , de-humidifier and light dep automatisation, or to move indoors. Have to sort it out.
Time for beer, some picures and thanks for attention.
