is there a strain i can buy that will grow so tight that it will produce almost like one big bud when finished? i'm looking for preferably a strong sativa.
 
Thats just as much dependent on the lighting, feeding, grow method etc.

But if you want big colas ...Try BigBud.
 
Look at greenhouse seeds. Arjans Hazes'. There are some videos on youtube about it also. Mostly sativa dominant strains.
 
I think those really big buds are more from expierence not strain.

I would like to say you can manipulate almost any strain into what you want.
 
just grow a normal plant, make sure u have a female, clone her wen she's ready and stick em straight into 12/12. ur have big single cola's m8!
 
ak47 confuses me. It takes 8 weeks or so to finish, but most sativa's take 14 weeks. I'm not hating on ak47, since i have white russian which is a cross of ak. Just makes no sense to me why it only takes 8 weeks.
 
I think we all kinda agreed that the grower/environment play the major role in making big buds...If you're indoors wanting to grow Sativa....make sure you have the headroom. If you can grow...any strain would work....It would be a matter of preference.
