One girl developing much slower and than the other! Help!

Hey guys. This is my first grow. I'm growing 2x NL feminised plants. The seeds germinated at 6th of April and I planted them the same day. One of the girls was growing real fast, while the other grows at what seems like half pace and looks a bit retarded compared to the other one :-(. I'm a newbie in growing, could you please tell me what's wrong? If all goes well I want to start LST'ing these girls in a few days.

nowt wrong with them ,, Maybe you just put the seed a little further down than the other one . The retard one i wouldnt worry about ,, it will come good sooner or later but i say it looks sound.
iVE GOT 8 LITTLE ONES ON THE GO NOW AND ONE PLANT HAS 3 LEAFS ON EACH BRANCH instead of the normal 2 . Any how maybe its a lucky 3 leaf ganja plant

Thanks for your hasty reply. I heard the ones with 3 leaves are giving monster buds..! So lucky you! Yeah, well I hope the retard one will come good... Should I start LST'ing them both at the same time or the better one first and then a few days later the other one? I took the pics today, what do you think if I start LST'ing tomorrow? Or would you suggest to just let them grow normaly for the first time cuz im a noob? Because I really wanna maximize yield results, I heard LST was the best way.

Also, your other plant isn't retarded. It's just the genetics. Give them what they need and they'll be fine

:O why is foil doing more harm then good? I looked in other forums and posts, everyone is saying it's a good reflector for growing cannabis... Can you explain that? And why not try LST? I know it will give me much bigger yield.

P.S. I use a sheet of foil on the lamps as a reflector. You think that's wrong?

I have heard foil can be harmful, dont know why, it is reflective. If you want you could get white poster board from a craft store...

Also, as for the lst, LOW Stress Training, do it!!! You cant do much harm to them with LST. Especially if you are doing the research, you will end up with more yield and learn more at the same time.

foil can have hot spots in turn burns ur plants that why...either pant the walls flat white or get some mylar...for a reflector go get one of those turkey baking pans for a dollar at walmart or the dollar store...

lst if you know what ur doing since this is ur first grow have fun but becareful...

Why do you think a runt will turn out better than the fast grower? In the nature runts never are healthier than the others, usually they die early... they are smaller, weaker etc. and stay like that all the time. :(

By the looks of your ally sheeting , you have it the wrong way round , The dull side should be facing plants . Me personally wouldnt use foil as it dosnt reflect the light as good as white walls would or myler .
You will gey hot spots with foil sheeting and end up burning your plants

because in my experince the fastest growing plant tends to be a male(i know OP has fem seeds) and the runt tends to be the most potent female for smoking

My light fixture is hanged. My growbox is like 3x times as tall as the fixture is hanging right now. I made it in between of intake and exhaust fans for the best air circulation.

Awesome, thanks, I'll look for something like that. But are reflectors that important? I can make some out of beer cans, but will it make that big of a difference instead of the foil above the lamps?
