One leaf cridical mass plant

So I got two cridical mass plants from a guy I knew I grew them up and took sum clones off them for my mother plant but they are only growing one leaf was is it doing this? And will it be worth to keep it as my mother plant? The clones I got looked like regular leafs nothing wrong with them so I don't know why they are doing it now?

Is it worth keeping to use as a mothor to keep giving me good plants to grow or should I start other mothers to keep my meds coming to me??
