One leaf on a leaf

My plants are young and looked like they were trying to bud but they look stunted and thick stock are they hermi's or cloned to many times from same mother plant?i need to know should take them out or keep them ?they are outside plants...!

I often see single blade / 3 blade leaves on clones that were cut after the mother was flowered. If they are outside plants, there is no reason to pull them for being stunted.. it's not like you are wasting money on electricity to keep them alive. I'd try and ride it out.
