One light hanging above plant for whole process, is it enough ?

i am on what could be called a very low budget.
only having one or two plants.

with one light hanging above each one.
is that enough for the whole process ?

what size lights?
what kind of lights?
low budget, you're probably going cfl. so you'll need either a few, or a big mother (which aren't spectacularly cheap)
I'd just go with one decent bulb though, if you're just growing 1 or 2 ladies.
You can get one that's good for all spectrums, but remember... cfl are still just cfls.
