As for frosting up, the "headband" isn't doing anything yet. I gotta admit my favorite (eyecandy) is the Super Skunk, that ho is already frosty as fuck.

Yeah, topped it once. I'm looking forward to seeing yours. Man that super skunk really has a more potent smell than the others. I think there is actually a picture of the topping in an earlier post.

Yeah, I saw that but wasn't sure. I may do a journal as soon as they grow up a bit. I like your setup! I will be running top drip in a coco hydroton mix. First time with this style so we'll see how it goes

I was just checking my super skunk, my hand brushed up against some of the buds.... I gave my hand a sniff and it smells like a combination of blue berries and that cheese that forms in your ass crack after days of not showering.

I am going to do one. This is my first top drip coco run so it could be rediculous! I will start one as soon as I switch these over

Cool, looking forward to it. Would like to see your setup, I've only done grows in soil. Thinking about building a DWC bucket just to see if I can grow that way, no more carrying soil

Yeah, I did dwc first. Easy if you keep the Rez clean and cool. I did aero after that, then rockwool drip (bullshit experience!) and now coco top drip hydro style- so far excellent. Both dwc and aero are more maintenance for sure and lots of running pumps and shit. Since it is recirculating ph and ppm can be a little tricky. I always felt like the nutes went out of balance between rez changes and topping off so i moved to drip to waste. May end up just hand watering. A benefit to organic/soil is plants aren't tied to a rez/ feed schedule. In soil or a coco mix you can run different strains and pop em in and out whenever you want. Setting up an organic coco run next (coco with amendments soil style). Guess I am going backwards?! Trying to simplify my shit and get the best buds possible! I just transplanted to 5 gal pots and should switch Friday or so. I also have 4 nirvana black jacks in there. I will see if I can get a journal going over the weekend. First one!
