I heard the catholic church spread propaganda throughout Africa stating that having a circumcision reduced cancer rates(bullshit), apparently it doesn't according to actual scientific testing.
I would respond to any "pro-genital mutilation" claims with disgust, from circumcision to clitoral removal. people should be clean enough to clean their dicks, that's the real reason why jews chopped off the foreskin to begin with, they didn't have good hygiene so chop it off b/c it smelled.

The only vaguely reasonable argument for it is that is reduces your chances of STD's. Fortunately, we developed condoms for that, and they do a much better job.

it doesn't reduce your chances of std's. look at who financed those "studies" about circumcised vs uncircumcised std tests, from aids to others most are paid for by groups like the catholic church who's agenda is to provide false proof toward their claims. condoms reduce the transfer of aids and hiv, circumcision doesn't.
